removing the oxide that layer on the wire rods;next it is hydrochloric acid cleaning phosphating,;saponification;and drawing wires ;
After production, we can do tensile strength test,reduction of area test,elongation test,torsion test,wrapping test ,bending test,ect.to test the quality of the product.

Grade A in norminal size range from 1.00 to 10.00mm;
Grade B in norminal size range from 0.30 to 20.00mm;
Grade C in norminal size range from 2.00 to 20.00mm;
Grade D in norminal size range from 0.07 to 20.00mm;
Wire grade A,B,C and D are distinguished on the basis of their mechanical properties;
For grade D,in addition particular requirements relating to the surface condition have been specified.
